Signature Sunrooms really delivered! We were looking for a screen room and deck that could be integrated with our existing bump out and that could also create a waterproof storage area underneath. We received several quotes from other contractors that were astronomically expensive – apparently due to the difficulty of the screen room roof tying into the existing bump out roof. Signature Sunrooms came through with solutions to both needs at significantly lower price points.

The screen room is amazing, they were able to do it in black to match our house windows and had no issues integrating it with the existing roof. They also introduced us to the sliding vinyl window system which we hadn’t seen before, but are so glad that we included as it gives us the option to close up the room if it’s raining or too windy or too cold. The Aluminum decking also looks great and is keeping the area below dry.

We’ve had a ton of compliments from neighbors with several asking for our contractor’s number to get a quote themselves.

Everyone from the sales team, the construction manager and the install team were very nice and professional and they hit all timelines without major issue. Small issues were resolved and it was obvious that everyone truly cared about our experience and the final product.
